Vikings Take Responsibility For Their Lives

For any change you seek in your life, there are two things you will need to do in order for that change to happen:

Number one:

You need to take full responsibility for yourself and your life.

You need to stop blaming other people and situations for where you are now. Because as long as you do that, you will stay in that place because you are saying that you are not in control of what happens to you.

As soon as you take responsibility and accept that you are now where you are because of your choices, your actions, your inactions; because of you, then you have taken your power back. You are now in control. Because you cannot change what somebody else does, you can only chance what you do.

Only when you say “I did this”, can you chance it.

Number two:

You will need Stamina.

And I don’t mean treadmill stamina, I mean mental stamina.

So that at the first sign of something getting a little bit tough, a little bit hard, a little bit uncomfortable, you don’t just give up and go back to your excuses and blaming others. Back to living like you are not in control.

If you want to be all about easy, then you can keep on being in that discontent place. Just keep the status quo. That is easy. It is easy to stay unhappy and complain about it but do nothing to change it. Easy to blame others. To point fingers. Anyone can do that. Anyone can give in. Give up.

But if you do that, you will have hard life. As you are not living the life you want.

Start now aligning your actions with your desires and with what you say you want.

Stop sitting on the nail and keep on complaining about the pain. Get of the nail!

Turn your stamina on. So what if it is hard?  So what if it is tough, if it is uncomfortable? Stop being so invested in believing that you are weak.

You are not weak.

And you are not made out of glass.

You have stamina for this.

Start by truly looking at your life. Examine it. Openly.

See what you need to change and need to do in order to get to where you want to.

Set a plan and write it down.

Each morning when you wake up, go over it.

And act on it. Every day.

Do the hard change. And then your life will be easy.
