ONE MONTHLY FRIGG Month 2 - PROGRAM 4
Cardio intervals. Running, cycling, skipping, any cardio.
5 min warm up.
X10 30 sec as fast as you can, 60 sec slow.
5 min cool down.
If you do it on a bike, do not have the resistance to high.
Long, good full body stretch afterwards.
Do program 4 on a days that you are not doing your normal programs.
