Cycle 1: 3 exercises in a row – 30 sec each – 3 sets – rest 30 sec between sets.

Cycle 2: 2 exercises in a row – 30 sec each – 3 sets – rest 30 sec between sets.

Lunge Knee Jump -30 sec each leg!

Arms Walks Over Weights

Cycle 3: 3 exercises in a row – 30 sec each – 3 sets – rest 30 sec between sets.

Cardio
Steady cardio for 20 min.
Run, cycle, row.
Remember to Warm Up & Cool Down!

 

Wednesday Program 2.

Cycle 1: 3 exercises in a row. Keep on going for 8 minutes!

Rest 90 seconds before going into the next cycle!

Cycle 2: 2 exercises in a row – Keep on going for 5 minutes!

Cycle 3: 3 exercises in a row. Keep on going for 7 minutes.

Think Like a Viking

The Viking Declaration.

“I am Unstoppable, Unbreakable, Unconquerable.

No matter what challenge I come up against, I will be victorious.

Nothing can stop my rise.

For Gods power continuously flows through me, bringing me all my wants, needs and goals in abundance, allowing me to become more and in return, give more.”

 

Get a notebook. This is your personal Think Like a Viking book.

On the first page, write down the declaration.

God stands for any god you believe in/higher power/the oneness.

Every morning and every evening say the declaration to yourself.

Out loud. With power. With gusto.

Think about what you are saying. Let it fill you with energy. Believe it.

Second Sunday , write a list.

5 things that you will focus on.

Focus on bettering, focus on changing.

And next to each one, write how you will start doing that.

For example:

I will eat better at work – I will make lunch the night before that I can take with me to work.

I will start being more open to my good things – When people compliment me, I will say only say thank you. Not follow it with a negative; “Oh its just my new clothes that are making me look good”, or “it was okay, I could have done it better though”.

And then use the second two weeks in the first slaying to start bettering, changing these things. Review. Go over. Tweak. Improve.
