If you are new to the Viking Method, you start off by choosing either the 6 Weeks of Fury or the 12 weeks of Thor.

Once you have complete that program, you can move on to the advanced monthly Odin program.

All programs you can do at home or in the gym. You only need a skipping rope and a pair of dumbbells, two pairs would be ideal; one lighter and one heavier.

When you have decided which one you will do, you sign up at checkout; creating a username and password. You use that to sign in to Valhalla, the online Viking World.

There your training and nutritional program will be, articles, recipes, daily meal plans, Svava´s chat, videos and the Before & After challenges.
